Harold is a blessing

I'd like to say this man is very professional and promising for the time I needed him. I was doing 101 mph in a 55 mph zone and pulled over by a State Trooper. Thankfully, I found Harold and he began fighting for me. Today I can be the person I am today because the final decision I had was given as f...ollows: Supervised 12 month Drivers License, and a fine. I am so grateful for someone who can work wonders like this man. A Class A Misdemeanor to a Petty Offense, if you need anything, this man is the one you should be having to fight for you!

Experienced and super professional! Excellent! Fantastic counsel!

I needed to hire an attorney to defend my minor son who received 3 citations at once while driving on the Tri-state. Speeding 101 mph in 55 mph zone, improper lane change and following too closely. Speeding charge by itself was serious enough to leave a life long smear in driving and other personal... records whatever they may be. So, I new that I needed the best attorney I could find in order to beat it. After reading some very positive reviews on avvo and talking in person i decided to hire Mr. Garfinkel. Not for a moment were we disappointed with our choice. With NO scare tactics to prepare us for defeat, Mr. Garfinkel calmly set the goals, outlined the defense strategy, explained the process and maintained an effective line of communication throughout. He did exactly what he said he would. Speeding charge was reduced to 80 mph petty offence, the other two tickets were thrown out. I was really impressed with his level of professionalism and how he handled my son's defense. I truly felt calm and confident with Mr. Garfinkel as out attorney. Hopefully I will not need attorney services in the near future, but in case I do, I know who to call! I will sure recommend Mr. Garfinkel to all of my friends. Undoubtedly, nothing but the great experience to report from out interaction with Mr. Garfinkel.

Mr hal is one of the best attorneys i ever had i was faceing jail time for driveing on a suspended and revolked for the fourth time.once again!fourthtime!!!and hal got me off doing jail time and a fair price.as soon as hal smiled at me after the conference with the judge and the states attorney.boom ...baby !i knew he got me off..this guy is the man.no joke Highly recommended..

My experience with Ha Garfinkel

I came across Hal through a family members friend (previous client). When I was 1st told about Hal, they could not stop advising me of how good and dedicated Hal was at what he does best. I decided to give him a call and meet with him. From the moment I met Hal I knew he was the one I wanted to repre...sent me on my DUI case. He provided me with more information on the process of my case and walk me through everything step by step. A few days ago I had my statutory summary of suspension hearing and let me tell you, Hal knows his stuff. From when the hearing began to when the officer was called up for cross examination to the closing arguments. Hal had such confident attitude throughout the whole process, my statuary summary of suspension was rescinded. Words could not express how happy I was to know I would be receiving my drivers license back. I am hopeful to get the same results when we go to trial, having Hal by my side I know for certain that I will have a lawyer who will fight and give everything he's got to come out of the court room with good results. I would highly recommend Hal Garfinkel to those who are in need of a defense lawyer. Look no further Hal is your guy.

Easy to work with; successful outcome

Hal was easy to work with, clear, responded to communication, pushed when needed and ultimately facilitated a successful outcome. He made what could have been a cumbersome process incredibly easy, and I was comfortable with his services throughout the entire process.
