Absolutely Terrible
I hired this man after being involved in a car accident. He lost my file several times. He very rarely returned my phone calls. After a year, he had done next to nil, only writing a couple of letters to the other parties insurance company. The insurance company wouldn't budge. Finally, I had to hi...
It is difficult to respond to a derogatory such as this when the author does not have the courage to identify themselves. I have no idea who this claimed former client is but the prior version of this comment that was deleted by AVVO at my request also indicated that it was my former partner Attorney TJS who was representing this person and who mishandled this case. Please bear in mind that I handle auto negligence cases on a contingent fee basis which means that the only way that I get paid any fee is if I recover funds for my client. The lack of action described by this anonymous complainer is not at all my practice or habit. I have been in practice since 1987. I am licensed in Michigan, Illinois and Iowa. I have offices in Metro Detroit, Chicago and St. Louis. I have a staff of more than 25 employees. Since 1999 I have served as host the LawShow that is now a nationally syndicated radio show that is growing rapidly and will soon be heard nationwide. I can assure you that I would not have been able to achieve these goals if I were the lawyer described by this cowardly complainer who is too weak to identify themself. The fact that this person chooses to remain anonymous is quite telling of his/her credibility and integrity. It is also possible that this post was made one of the many competitors who are jealous of my accomplishments. There are many who are enviouse of my success. If you are thinking of a lawyer and if this post would tend to discourage you from retaining my services I am truly sorry for that. I promise that you will really appreciate my represenation and agressive approach to winning you case.
"Brian is an excellent attorney - really among the best I've come across. I am fortunate to learn under his tutelage."
"Mr. Dailey has demonstrated amazing talent in several complex legal matters. He has extensive knowledge of the law and his experience proves its value daily. He shows great subtlety of thought and analysis, which are two characteristics that I believe to be critical for a successful attorney. He is personable and has an upstanding moral character. He is prudent, thorough, clear and articulate. I believe that Mr. Dailey practices in one of the most analytically challenging areas of the law and he unequivocally grasps the requisite discipline to excel. I unhesitatingly endorse him."
"Brian continues to impress me; he's a zealous advocate for his clients and mentor in the truest sense of the world. I highly recommend Brian Dailey and wholeheartedly endorse him."
"Brian is an excellent attorney who devotes his life to his business. I would recommend his services to anyone facing a legal issue. He has the expertise and aggressiveness to deliver for his clients."
