In my opion this guy is pathetic. Does not return phone calls, text or emails. His voice mail box has been full since we hired him making it impossible to leave a message. Shows up late to court, late to the PSI. Says he will set up video conferences for a conversation and does nothing. Judge Lawson,... at one of the court appearances, chastised him for failure to respond to the court. Worst communicator I have experienced at a time when communication is key. What a waste of money.

When I called Mr Dailey right off the bat I wanted to hire him he made me feel safe and taken care of . As soon I hired him he was fast in getting me any and all information I needed. Mr. Dailey how can I thank him enough? This man was able to get a felony charge reduced to a singular misdemeanor. Watching him at work was very impressive! He asked all the right questions because of the high level of concentration he maintained throughout all the hearings. He also drew out the case... and it made them want to settle because they knew they didn't have a case because the witness they had was proven to be a not credible with events that occurred throughout the months of it being drawn out. Intelligent, wise, kind, and is now in my speed dial because he handles nearly every aspect of law. I'd recommend him to anyone. His law firm is also very helpful and professional!

Mr. Dailey was able to help my daughter avoid a misdemeanor for leaving the scene of an accident. He went out of his way to help her. Mr. Dailey had the court reschedule pre trials until he found an attorney who was reasonable. My daughter was given a fine and two tickets that do not have points. Mr....
