I am writing review with my recent experience withMrs. Agata Gostynska Frakt. She was honest and she did not give us false hope; Mrs. Gostynska devised a plan the she carried for four years thru a successful result for my husband and me (very difficult deportation case). Mrs. Gostynska is reliable,...trustworthy, competent; her staff are very nice and helpful. I highly recommended Mrs. Agata Gostynska -Frakt for immigration issues‘, she has knowledge of the law and she is very good at it!

She does not answer calls, and the secretary constantly lies that she is not in the office. She asked for a retainer that I never got a bill with detailed charges. No explanation or detail on the hours she spent on the case. I overpaid based on a wrong estimate. When I requested a refund I was screa...med at!

This attorney is more of a used car sales man than an attorney. She has no knowledge of immigration laws and policies. She recommended that I proceed with an immigration case when a quick online search revealed I do not qualify for that case. She is also an ignorant person that does not care about yo...ur case just wants your money. Read some other reviews and you will see for yourself. Go with someone else.

Mrs. Gostynska was trying to handle our immigration case. We were sponsored trough my husband work for special skilled worker. To finish the 3 step process we had to go to Poland for the interview. She told us our case is very strong and was told by her to buy two way tickets. January, Interview did ...not go well. At the beginning we did know what exactly went wrong because let say at the Embassy misinformed us. After a month our lawyer finally called the Embassy (Feb) and asked what they want. At that time our case was already sent back to USCIS. In August we got the respond from USCIS. We had 30 to responds to it. Our lawyer informed us that we got the letter from USCIS and told us she will contact us the next day. She never did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She never responded to any of our emails. We do not recommend this lawyer. She has the knowledge but she does not care about the clients at all. She does not respond to her emails nor is she ever in her office. Really avoid if you can.

Barely never answer for phone calls and e-mails. Always delay more than hour for our appointments. Never prepared for appointments. She even didn't know WHERE (which immigration office) to send my documents and during two months didn't find time to check that. My advice is - if you need reliable l...awyer, look for someone else.
