After she got my money she gave my case to some of her helpers without notifying me about it. Whoever took over my case kept my files for 3 month before sending them( I was basically harassing them on the phone everyday to get them to do something). And my case was pretty simple too. Find a different... lawyer, she is not worthy your trust nor your money. I would give her minus stars if that was possible.

I had a very positive experience. She is extremely knowledgeable, and reassuring. I was hesitant but all my questions were replied to promptly and honestly, I was glad they guided me through the process, explained every paper patiently and courteously. My case got done so I'm happy it's all behind me... and I recommend this practice.

Our case was filed four years ago, and was never resolved. Agata Gostynska Frakt is the worst lawyer I have ever came in contact with. Her office never returns phone calls, she is never available to talk to her clients, and she is very ignorant. She only returned our phone call once and told us that ...we need to pay her more money if we want her to continue on our case. Do not hire this lawyer, go with somebody else.

Mrs Gostynska is an excellent lawyer. She helped me and my husband.Our case were very complicated.She takes care of evrything,all documents were prepared very well she always keep me informed of the progress of our case.When we have a question , she always has an answer and explain all things.
