William Franklin Marutzky

Bill Marutzky has not only a wealth of knowledge, but is also extremely intelligent, and knows the system inside and out. Bill is highly respected among other attorneys, and many times they come to him for advice and then hire him. He treats his clients with such care, as if they were his own family ...member. One could not ask for better representation.

Mr. Marutzky represented me some 21 years ago. My move from IL prompted sorting through documents, that is keepers and those to dispose. Mr. Marutzky did a marvelous job, in and out of the courtroom; to include his preparation of the appeal phase. Needless to say, we (he) won the case involving a ...firearm. Mr. Marutzky disarmed the prosecution as well as the judge. Upon learning that I was a disabled Viet Nam Era Veteran his fee was non-existent. This is a "lawyer worth his weight in gold." I can't say enough without getting "mushy", however in a pecuniary, mercenary world, Mr. Marutzky loves the law and his first love is its practice. Thanks is a word used much too often, however, no other word comes to mind.
