In the process of starting a new business, I realized that I needed to incorporate trusts to hold certain assets from the sale of my last business. My will was out of date and Bill was thoughtful enough to ask whether it needed refreshing. I had spoken with a local estate planning attorney who was n...ot as creative or thorough, did not recognize several of the issues which Bill brought up, and was too busy to explain why he made the structure suggestions that he did. I'm glad I called Bill, and was lucky to find that he understands liability protection offered in the various states in which I will be doing business.
