I hired Tiffany on my custody case. My ex has never been involved – not at the hospital, never paid a dime of support. After I filed a case with the Department of child support services, he filed for full custody of my son (who is now 5!). I was beyond scared. I called her office crying, and she calm...ed me down. Her office is the only one that actually made me feel like they cared about me. When I met Tiffany, I knew she was the right attorney, because she set forth a strategy and helped me understand in regular people terms how we would proceed. The case went EXACTLY as she explained it would. In the end, I continued to get full custody, and she helped me obtain arrears and establish a child support order going forward. I know that there may be future battles (as she explained, co-parenting is forever), but it’s nice to know I have someone who is knowledgeable and professional on my side forever.

Tiffany, Is kind and patient and good at what she does. I had an extremely difficult and time-consuming divorce and custody case, she always made me feel like I was important and that my case mattered to her. She wanted to settle the case if possible to save me fees but I knew that if it didn't happen that she was one of the best litigators in the court room that I have ever seen (this isn't the first time that I have had a lawyer). Tiffany came in on the tail-end of my divorce and custody case: she helped me with the removal issues in my case with my wife wanting to take the children from me. No one could help me. She was able to resolve all the issues in the case, that the so called, "best lawyers" said could but didn't. She w...as very thorough, professional, responsive (always got back to me the same day), and easy to talk to. She is very meticulous and careful about everything. I found her to be very professional and ethical in her dealings with the opposing side--she's a shark when needed but puts her settlement hat on when she can. I found this to be very important in my divorce and custody case as things can already be very difficult and adversarial and having an attorney who dials that back rather than ratcheting it up really helped it move along more smoothly. I really enjoyed working with her and felt very supported and very trusting in her abilities.
