I hired Mr. Thacker for my disability case. The first meeting went well except went he told me that fibromyalgia to him was a middle aged woman's issue not a real disease but in their head. I hired him anyway and paid him. After that, he had horrible communication skills! I tried to call to ask a ...question and he would not call me back. I then sent emails and I actually had to send them two or three times over a two to three week period before he got back to me. Very disorganized, always on vacation and lost my case. I went with another attorney and won. The only way to get him to respond was to threaten to email his boss. After I lost, I asked a few questions about the reasons why and he told me that I could use him to appeal and pay five thousand, then he would go over my questions but that he wasn't charging me for the twelve minutes that he had been talking to me.
