Rob Phillips did an outstanding job for us. He is a very thoughtful and tenacious lawyer. He really considers his clients needs and is compassionate about helping his clients. Robert Phillips became our lawyer for my daughter's dog bite to her face, which happened at the house of a family friend. The great thing about Robert is that he is extraordinarily aggressive and proactive regarding all the legal activities, but very importantly to us, we all felt comfortable with him. Some Personal Injury lawyers are kind of gross, but Robert is a really decent and fair guy, always outlining a course of action that made sense. His experts are all professional (rather than professional experts who don't come off as well in court) and his photographer was really gentle with my young child, quickly gaining trust and alleviating the embarrassment of the facial scar. On 2/16/10 we have reached out to Robert Phillips concerning an incident that took place involving our mother. The question we asked was whether we should pursue legal action. Mr. Phillips returned my call within 24 hours. I explained the situation. He was honest in his response and had indicated ...that based on the family's decision, he would be happy to represent the family.
