On 2/16/10 we have reached out to Robert Phillips concerning an incident that took place involving our mother. The question we asked was whether we should pursue legal action. Mr. Phillips returned my call within 24 hours. I explained the situation. He was honest in his response and had indicated ...that based on the family's decision, he would be happy to represent the family. During the entire course of the case, Mr. Phillips and his firm was responsive to all questions, as well as, responsive to meeting with my siblings should they have any questions.
