Robert B. Phillips IV

Rob Phillips did an outstanding job for us. He is a very thoughtful and tenacious lawyer. He really considers his clients needs and is compassionate about helping his clients. He challenges the opposing counsel with his arguments and responses. He does not tolerate or enable any behavior or suppositi...on that would not be in the best interest of his clients. He is respectful and courteaus to the courts and judges. His responds in a timely manner to everyone involved in the case. He welcomes a challenge and will not back down from any fight that is necessary. He does his homework and was always prepared. Through himself and his staff he found aspects to the case which were of great benefit to the outcome. Not only some facts of the case we were not aware of but witnesses that we were not aware of either. The many depositions done were completed extremely well. His cross examinations revealed aspects to the case that were in our best interests. Once again, his fact finding missions were superb. This helped with all aspects of the case. He had also explained to us the length the case was going to take and he was accurate with the time frame. He did his best to minimize costs without compromising the integrity of the case. Our son could not have had a better advocate than even his mother and myself. His staff is intelligent, responsive and caring. Whoever is reading this review would be foolish not to enlist the services and the commitment to excellence you would receive from Rob Phillips and his staff. We could go on and on but at this point you can understand the wonderful job that he did for us. Thanks Rob, you rock !!!
