Caught things my realtor missed

Buying my first condo in the city was stressing me out. I had no idea what half the paperwork meant. Leon was a lifesaver. He has been doing this forever and it shows. He caught a weird clause about HOA fees in the contract that my realtor completely missed. Explained everything to me in plain Englis...h without making me feel dumb. If you are buying a place and need someone who actually reads the fine print, hire him. Totally worth it

Real Estate commercial and residential
