Jonathan was very timely and personable in his responses. He was very helpful in dealing with buying a bank owned property-which is confusing and time-consuming. He was persistent in repeatedly contacting the sellers when they weren't responding. When closing time finally came, he was very patient... and thoroughly explained everything to us.
