Jonathan helped my wife and close on our first house. He always responded quickly to our emails, even at crazy hours of the night. He also went over all of the documentation thoroughly to find things that he could negotiate better terms. He also double checked all the figures to be sure that we we...re always prepared. Jonathan was recommended to us to handle the sale of our Oak park home. Altho in retrospect everything went well, we were not quite sure about some of the issues the buyers raised and we had questions and concerns as we went through the process (we had not had a real estate transaction in over 30 ye...ars). Jonathan was extremely responsive (e-mails at 5 AM) and had a sense of humor which helped relieve my tension. It was unnecessary for us to be at the closing, and that was fine with us. We moved a couple of days prior to the final walk thru and he handled everything at the closing. Even tho our closing had few issues, we really appreciated knowing Jonathan was there and responsive to those that did arise during the sale process!

Being first time sellers, my wife and I had myriad questions about the process, timeline, etc. Without fail, if I emailed Jon, he would respond within minutes. Not days; minutes. He was informative, patient, professional and worth every cent. Closings on the both the sale and purchase of our properti...es went off without incident. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to close on real estate transactions.
