Really enjoyed working with Jonathan and he helped us to get the home of our dreams! He was always available and extremely responsive, always getting back to us immediately by email, phone call, etc. Smart guy, knows what he is doing. Would definitely work with him again. I'm a Realtor in another state where we have escrow, not atty closings making the process unfamiliar. My Chicago Realtor provided a preferred list of attys to call, and he was the only one who answered my phone on the first call, and continued to be as responsive throughout. Then when we couldn't... attend the closing, we entrusted Jonathan via POA to sign all for us. We're excited to now be vacation homeowners in Wrigleyville!
