Jon is a super star

I have known Jon since 2007 and I have always been impressed with his professionalism and extensive knowledge. Jon is friendly and he has repeatedly gone the extra mile for us. Highly recommended

Jonathan came recommended from our realtor. We used him for closing on our condo. He was extremely helpful, timely and thorough with his responses. Made for a very easy process. Highly recommend his services we would definitely use him again!

1st time Buyer

Jonathan represented me for my first home purchase. He educated me all aspects of purchase very patiently. Once the transaction entered attorney review, Jonathan did a fantastic job negotiating with the other party and accepting only reasonable conditions. He also stayed on top of buyside mortgage co...mpany/officer so I had nothing to worry about but just show up at the time of closing. First time home purchase is a daunting process but working with Jonathan made it very easy. Would definitely work with him again on a real-estate deal.

Great lawyer!

Jonathan is an excellent real estate lawyer with great communication. He was also very friendly during our closing which made it less nerve wrecking. I am looking forward to doing more business in the future and I will highly recommend him to anyone I know looking to purchase a property.
