Jerry David Bischoff

My lawyer Jerry Bischoff is an absolute God Send. My case was pretty much open and shut. I had been battling addiction for years and finally after all these years had gotten my life together. I got away from almost everybody that was toxic in my life. I had been going to school for the last 5 years p...art time to become a nurse with my BSN. However I made yet another poor decision in my life of bad decisions and relapsed once again. Well this time I did not only lose my sobriety but I could've lost everything that I had been working towards but more importantly my freedom. Thanks to Jerry that didn't happen. He went the extra mile for me I wasn't just another case and might I add I was pretty much "small fries" compared to what he us used to. But not once did he ever make me feel like that. He told my story and let the court see that it wasn't just as open and shut as they thought. There was more to my story than just my charge and he got that point across. As a result of that, I was offered a misdemeanor charge that should have been at the very least a felony conviction with 2 years probation, (the max being 4 years in prison) which would've washed down the drain all that hard work I had invested into school and I would not be able to provide for my two beautiful boys the life they deserve and finally feel good enough about myself to never put myself in that position again. He is truly a wonderful lawyer and man. I am still in shock. I want to take this opportunity to let him know that today's Mother's Day is going to be success because I know that me and my boys are still going to be ok because of what Jerry Bischoff did for me!
