Five stars is not enough to rate Sidney Zale Fleischman. I would have given the BEST Lawyer I EVER hired 10 Stars. I hired Sidney on the recommendation of my BEST friend in FL. He helped my best friend in a number of criminals cases in Broward County, FL. With a VERY favorable outcome in all of ...his cases. My 1st meeting with SIdney told me that he was the RIGHT man for the job. His knowledge of the LAW and what I need to do to help his Downward Departure brief was Spot On. My advise being that if you Listen to Sidney like I did, ONLY Good things will happen. SIdney prevented me from getting the Broward CO. DA's recommendation of a mandatory 28 month FL State Prison Sentence. With SIdney's help and hard work. I was given 2yrs House Arrest and 5 years probation running currently. NOT FL STATE PRISON!!! SIdney used to be the head of the Broward County Felony District Attorney's Office. He knows everyone in the Broward County Felony Court, including ALL of the Judges. He probably trained most of the ADA's that work there now. If you have a Felony case in Broward County FL, Sidney Zale Fleischman is your man.

Everything Juliette said in the post above mine is dead on. Sid is very detailed, always gets back to you with a prompt response to any questions or concerns you may have. I felt like he took my case very personally, and you get the sense he truly cares (almost so much that I consider him a friend ...now). He got me out of a serious pinch (felony DUI) by convincing all 6 jurors that I was innocent. I was not only impressed with his work outside of court, but he was amazing in the court room. About 1/2 way through the trial, I felt very confident and did not think there was a chance I would lose. He pretty much shredded the prosecutor!! Just an amazing job, and he has helped me regain my life. Highly recommended.
