Jerry David Bischoff

Over the last 5 years I have dealt with a number of lawyers. What sets Mr. Bischoff apart is his ability to not only listen, but hear. He focuses on achieving the client's goal and respects his clients; he does not start his conversation with the term"retainer" like many others. For me he went above... and beyond. If someone asked me to described Mr. Bischoff with one word, I would use "Professional" with a capital "P".

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Bischoff and what he did for me. I have had occasion to interact with more than a few lawyers over the last decade and Jerry is, hands down, the best representation I have ever had. I was facing up to 188 months in a federal criminal matter and with Jerry's h...ard work and attention to my case, I ended up receiving 84 months. He took the time to see me as a person and not just a defendant. He was very thorough in every aspect of preparing for my sentencing. One of the very first things the judge said at my hearing was what a detailed and precise job he did in preparing my sentencing memorandum. I was guilty and nothing would have changed that, but with Jerry's expertise and skill, I came through the experience a lot better than I would have with anyone else.

I recommend Jerry Bischoff to anyone in need of a criminal lawyer. I was facing a minimum of 78 months on an art fraud case in federal court in Chicago. The lawyers I had prior to Mr. Bischoff did not listen to me or take the time to fully explain the ins and outs of my case. I want to take the time to thank and show the utmost gratitude to my lawyer Jerry Bischoff. Words can barely describe the way he went to battle for me, you literally had to be there to witness it. Jerry made sure he went over and beyond to prove my innocence to my peers and the jury.
