Enrico Joseph Mirabelli

I went came into his office with a huge pile of muck. Not knowing what to do because I was blindsided after a 12 year divorce judgment, I felt helpless as no one, and I mean no one, wanted touch my case. It was old, too much clutter and too much work etc., was what I heard. I was really ready to jus...t give up. One can tell the integrity of a person when you need help: they don't say ' That's a lot of work!' they say 'Lets get this done!' That is Enrico, his staff and assistants worked diligently on my case. They have the 'lets get it done!' attitude: always keeping me abreast of what was needed, returned my frantic emotional calls and emails and quelled my angst on several occasions. It was about business, setting things right and preparation. After several months of seemingly never-ending back and forth with the opposing counsel and being frustrated with continuance after continuance... when we finally went to trial, Enrico was masterful! He turned every claim around, revealed every lie and restored the original order. I think the ex new who he was up against and cowered out. We not quite at the end of the road just yet, but I certainly know I will walk into the courtroom with a confidence I'm not sure I would've gotten anywhere else. A very heartfelt "Thank you!"

One of my favorite lawyers, though in my case he seemed too busy to work with me at times and delegated too often to rookies, or at times didn't get the paperwork completed which cost me over $50k! I have a respect for him in his ethics(compared to other lawyers as a whole), and amazed at his abilit...y to think on his feet. Quick witted, and sharp. I was screwed by so many lawyers prior and was hesitant to throw money at him when i retained him, maybe he was not giving me the time of day because he was too busy at the time on other bigger famous cases and partially concerned that he would not be fully compensated. In the end there was some disagreement as to payment but i think it was mostly because he did not give me his all and most of the time i felt like i was working with his rookie lawyers who weren't as qualified. it was a self fulfilling prophesy? Had i started with him from day one with no prior bad experiences of other lawyers, and had he been committed to working with me directly, i believe things would have been much better in my case and between us. Still, he is an amazing lawyer and one of the few i truly respect!

Rather than post a specific review, I thought I would just send the letter I wrote to Enrico Mirabelli and his assistant attorney Amy Jonaitis upon the completion of my case. Rico and Amy, I just wanted to thank you for all the work you have put in over the last 3 years. I know I haven't alway...s been the easiest guy to deal with as I get pretty intense about stuff. Thank you for your grace in dealing with that. Thank you for getting the most important thing in my life (my children) awarded to me in custody. Thank you for allowing me to use you both as my attorneys, sounding boards, and at times therapists during the last 3 grueling years. My experience with you both is very positive in my mind and should anyone in the future I know of need help during these difficult times I will not hesitate to share how good I feel about both of you. Rico thank you for your sense of humor, your candidness, for never being condescending, and for always making me feel like you were fighting for me and taking the case personally and not just for the paycheck, while I of course understand this is your job and have to be compensated for your services. Amy, thank you for all the grueling work you have done, for listening to me and fighting for me and even for the times you scolded me for getting out of hand with something. It is just my nature and was in the toughest position of my life. I grew to appreciate your very straight forward approach. Well I'm sure there will be some contact still with you guys in the future, but now that the hardest work is over I again wanted to reiterate my appreciation to you both. George.

Mr. Mirabelli handled my divorce and was thorough, met with me on Superbowl Sunday, Monday (the next day) we went to court and had my husband removed from the residence. I was divorced in a matter of months due to the persistence of Mr. Mirabelli. The fee structure was reasonable, I would have paid h...im more had I known how painless and quick my divorce would be. I would highly recommend Mr. Mirabelli in any legal matters he is highly knowledgeable and well connected to other attorneys that specialize in other areas if needed.
