Corporate Dispute
I had the priviledge of speaking with Markus May twice last week regarding a contract dispute my organization was struggling with. Although I had never spoken to Markus before last week, he took my call, listened intently to the problems, and gave me advice on how to potentially resolve the issues at hand. I sincerely believe because of Markus' excellent advice, the issues were resolved with the company we were having difficulty with, swiftly! Thank you Markus!!!

Helpful Business Advice
My business is out of state, but I've got an employee who will be residing in Illinois and working remotely. I had some questions regarding Illinois registration requirements, etc. Markus was very helpful in going through the options, walking through the statutes and discussing the various issues involved. Very responsive and thorough, and obviously deeply knowledgeable about Illinois business law.
