I've spent my entire career handling serious personal injury and wrongful death cases, mostly related to defective and dangerous products. Whether I am representing a client who used cosmetic talcum powder, but was not warned it contained asbestos, or someone who took a dangerous drug, but was never warned of severe life-altering side effects, my clients and their families have been injured by the deception and carelessness of corporations.
