Brandy N. Arvanitis

Brandy Arvanitis is a dedicated family law attorney who represents clients in all aspects of domestic relations matters, including dissolution of marriage, legal separation, property division, spousal maintenance, allocation of parental responsibilities, child support and college expenses, parentage actions, domestic violence proceedings, and post-decree enforcement and modification matters.​

Brandy guides her clients with both skill and compassion through every stage of the legal process, from settlement negotiations to courtroom advocacy. She understands that family law matters often arise during some of the most challenging periods in her clients’ lives, and she is committed to ensuring they are informed, empowered, and supported so they can make practical decisions that protect their families and their futures.

An active member of the legal community, Brandy is committed to ongoing professional development and excellence in her practice. She earned her Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2015. Since then, she has focused exclusively on family law. Brandy has been recognized as an Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Star each year since 2020. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the DuPage County Bar Association, previously served on the ISBA Family Law Section Council, and authored the Illinois Bar Journal article “Reviewable Maintenance: When Do the New Guidelines Apply?” Brandy is also trained in mediation and collaborative divorce and is an active member of Collaborative Divorce of Illinois.

Outside of her legal practice, Brandy enjoys spending time with her husband and children and is actively involved in her community. She serves as a Girl Scouts troop leader and participates in the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce. Having lived in many regions throughout her life, including New York City, Michigan, and communities across Illinois, Brandy brings a broad perspective and deep empathy to her work. Her commitment to service extends beyond the practice of law through volunteerism and charitable involvement, experiences that continue to shape her thoughtful and client-centered approach to representation.
