Umberto S. Davi

Umberto Davi was my attorney for a number of months. He did not answer emails, he did not answer questions, he did not do what I asked him to do; IE: file any pleadings. Every time my wife was in contempt of a court order blocking my visitation he would simply reply "Tell the GAL". Mr. Davi would tel...l me of his expansive experience, and then when I would send him an email with a question, he would reply with we'll have to talk about this. Then on the phone he would tell me why he could not or rather would not file any pleading I asked him to. To this day, my wife continues to interfere with court ordered visitation, I have to pay my new attorney to research the entire past of our custody issues, and to file pleadings that should have been filed over a year ago. I hate to leave such a bad review, but had Mr. Davi done his job he would still be my attorney, and my divorce would have been over 6 months ago, for allot less money. I am sorry to say that I would not recommend Mr. Davi to anybody.
