Contigency plan but paid money over USD 6,000

This lawyer asked me to have contigency paln at the beginning but over two years, I paid USD 6,000 on my case. I could not afford that money so he asked me to be dropped my case. I lost my money without anything from my case. Please hire another lawyer who has contigency plan with no additional cost...!!!

Obviously this is a false rating as you do not pay an attorney if he takes the case on contingency. I am very particular about what cases I take on because I take each client's legal problems to heart and they all know me personally. Hard to communicate with Attorney

Hired him on my lawyer and working with him over two years. It is my first time to have a litigation with company and my case is on pending due to Mr. Talarico dropped from my case. Flashback working with him, I have not get proper explaination what is the litication step in court process and why ...I need to pay his extra cost request. If you are the person who has not have experience on sue case, I would like to advise to go with other attorney on your case.

This is factually untrue because each and every client I have taken on during my entire career has access to me 24/7 with office and personal iphone numbers. I am very particular about what cases I take on because I take each client's legal problems to heart and they all know me personally. Please note that whoever wrote this will not give his/her identity and I can say that it is very likely that this was a potential client I did not represent. Consultation

I posted a question and gave a brief summary of what I was going through at the gym I worked out at. Mr Talarico contacted me and gave me a free consultation and although it was supposed to be for 15 minutes, he talked to me at least 30. He gave good advice and was very polite and professional. I am ...very pleased with the information given.
