Biography
I have been a bankruptcy lawyer for 19 years. I believe in bankruptcy and what it can do to give you your life back. Like most federal laws, bankruptcy designed to protect the individual. Too few people pursue the amazing benefits that the bankruptcy law gives to them.
I joined my existing firm in 1998 and took it over completely in 2005. Since 1998 our firm has filed over 5,500 bankruptcy cases and helped countless more with their debt issues.
During my career, I have been involved in all sides of consumer bankruptcy proceedings: representing individuals who file, creditors pursuing actions, and even bankruptcy trustees. I have represented all types of small businesses in bankruptcy cases as well. My extensive and well-rounded bankruptcy experience helps me find solutions from all sides of the problems presented by debt.
