Mr. Swearingen is knowledgeable, fair, and thorough. He handled my divorce 5 years ago which involved bancruptcy, foreclosure of the property, and a child custody battle. He was able to provide me with wonderful references to handle the issues outside of the divorce case and handled my divorce case... in a professional, fair manner. My ex-husband was not always appropriate with his requests for the divorce preceedings. For example, he did not want to leave the house that we lived in with our children. Brad quickly filed the appropriate paperwork and gave him 2 weeks to pack his stuff up and leave. After our divorce was finalized, my ex husband was not filling out the paperwork for his 401(k). My divorce involving minor children took 26 months.
