Joseph John Bogdan

When I was contacted by the Board of Nursing about a Disciplinary Hearing I was frightened, nervous and didn't know where to turn. I contacted several lawyers before deciding to retain Mr. Bogdan. I retained Mr. Bogdan due to his kind manner over the phone, he was the only lawyer who asked me how I w...as doing through the whole ordeal. After retaining Mr. Bogdan he and his administrative assistant made the process seamless and helped me to feel comfortable. You never believe it can happen to you. You do your best to do everything right, you work hard, and somewhere between all of that, you believe that doing so will protect you and keep you from harm. I was at risk for receiving sister-state discipline in Illinois after being reprimanded elsewhere for not renewing my license in a timely manner. After reading many positive reviews I decided to hire Jay Bogdan to represent me before the board. I did have some difficulty getting my phone calls answer...ed/returned in a timely manner but he was always polite and professional when we did speak. Ultimately, he arranged an informal conference where I was able to tell my story and the case was dismissed. I could not have asked for a better outcome. In the end, I would hire him again if needed.
