I was facing probation of my license due to some personal mistakes I had made. Jay was recommended through the IPHP. I called and left a message for a consult and within hours received a call back. They were quick to respond to emails and calls and we successfully resolved my case in a timely manner. Without their guidance, support, and skills, I would surely have failed.

Jay was invaluable in helping me through this difficult process. After discovering my nursing license was in the process of being revoked, I was urged to hire Jay to negotiate my case. He walked me through the process and made it easy. He answered my questions, no matter how trivial (even on the wee...kend!) He was able to personalize my case with members of the nursing board and the department prosecutor. He did several “behind the scenes” negotiations with the department. He was always professional, personable and very focused on my case. My license was not revoked. He was able to reduce the probationary period of my license from 3 years to 1 year! He was also able to reduce the amount of stipulations the board initially wanted me to complete in my consent order. I now have a huge weight off my shoulders and will be able to return to nursing within the year. It’s absolutely amazing! I would recommend Jay to represent you in your medical legal issues. You never believe it can happen to you. You do your best to do everything right, you work hard, and somewhere between all of that, you believe that doing so will protect you and keep you from harm. I was at risk for receiving sister-state discipline in Illinois after being reprimanded elsewhere for not renewing my license in a timely manner. After reading many positive reviews I decided to hire Jay Bogdan to represent me before the board. I did have some difficulty getting my phone calls answer...ed/returned in a timely manner but he was always polite and professional when we did speak.
