Joseph John Bogdan

I was at risk for receiving sister-state discipline in Illinois after being reprimanded elsewhere for not renewing my license in a timely manner. After reading many positive reviews I decided to hire Jay Bogdan to represent me before the board. I did have some difficulty getting my phone calls answer...ed/returned in a timely manner but he was always polite and professional when we did speak. Ultimately, he arranged an informal conference where I was able to tell my story and the case was dismissed. I could not have asked for a better outcome. In the end, I would hire him again if needed.

I never write reviews and usually only give food recommendations but I felt I needed to write this. I’d never thought I’d say this but not all lawyers are bad. If you want someone who’s accessible, patient, knowledgeable, and willing to fight for you then contact Joseph Bogdan. He’s not just a random... lawyer. He’s also a pharmacist which means he knows the ins-and-outs of the pharmacy business as well as the inner workings/people within the IDFPR. I actually got into a predicament with IDFPR and had no one to turn to. I felt my world was crashing down on me and I honestly felt I was going to lose my license. Joseph Bogdan took the time to listen to my side of the story (which was a lot), counseled me throughout the whole process (my informal meeting), and we got the outcome we wanted. He never sugar coated anything and told me exactly what was going on. I truly felt that he cared not only about my case but also about my career moving forward. No doubt there was a lot of leg work behind the scenes that I'll remain unaware of, but upon retaining Jay (Joseph) Bogdan's services (he was recommended to me by IPHP), he pulled a 180 on my situation with the board, within a week! What was a bleak situation with my license that threatened to drag ...on for months or more was fully resolved only weeks later. I especially like Jay's direct, no-BS approach and attitude. Do not dismiss the benefit of this. Not only does he have good rapport with the department's employees, but he knows how to naviate the minefield that is the IDFPR bureaucracy. Invaluable. Can't recommend this man's services enough. He's highly qualified, easy to talk to, and deadly efficient.

He was very concerned for my personal well being. I had a case with IDFPR in which my license was suspended. Jay helped me get my license back on probation status then ultimately re-instated fully. He coached me not only what documents to have but also during my formal hearing. He was responsive ...to any concerns I had.
