Roman and his Colleagues are an amazing firm. As a father, the concern when obtaining a lawyer for Civil law is often seen as just lawyers who are trying to nickle and dime every penny from the parties involved. This is absolutely NOT the case with Roman. With allowances of a payment plan, Rom...an has proven time and time again in which his devotion to these matters is in interest of the people involved, and not a monetary one. Roman displays a great deal of patience with his clients and often is out to seek the best possible outcome for all parties involved and does help his clients understand and empathize with their opposition. In family matters, the "best interest of the child" is absolutely Roman's concern as much as the guardians involved. If there was a 6th star I would provide this as his services are beyond exceptional. We absolutely need more lawyers / individuals with Romans mindset involved in the Judicial system for these reasons alone. Roman took the time to explain the documentations suggested to be filed, and is sure to write these documents in which the other party is to agree in which what is in the best interest of everyone involved. As well, Roman understands in which the fastest resolution with the best possible outcome is best for all parties as this reduces the stresses of long court proceedings and all the other hoo-ha that is often involved in these cases. If you are a father, mother, guardian, or are simply trying to separate or divorce? This is the lawyer you want to ask for. His colleagues are also fantastic and are of great knowledge to help with navigation of a system that is a windy road of confusion. Roman truly does care for his individual clients, and we consider himself and his colleagues a part of our extended family and will always recommend his services. Should you decide to look for another "better" Attorney at-Law - You are in fact making a poor decision. Hire and file with this man! Once Roman is your attorney? You wont want to find another because his team is unbeatable when it comes to understanding and compassion and knowledge of the family court system and its nuances. Fantastic services!!

I choose Mr. Seckel to be my lawyer because he was local and saw decent reviews of his law firm. My case, I feel was easy enough. I just wanted child support and reimbursement of day care expenses. However, he was completely incompetent. After going to court, my ex was able to lower his child sup...port by half without being represented by his own attorney. In addition, I had to suggest to Mr. Seckel ways to make things more difficult for my ex, such as proof of work search and obtaining the child tax credit due to low child support payments. I eventually became tired of paying for court dates in which nothing favorable came from them. Finally, I am still paying him even though my ex was able to reduce his child support by half without representation as mentioned before! What a joke!!!

Roman provided his attorney services to me with the utmost professionalism in a very time sensitive eviction case. He kept me informed every step of the way and we communicated flawlessly to ensure the case went just as planned. As a landlord, this is exactly what i needed.
