I was referred to Matthew late in my teenage years, at a time trouble seemed to find me quite often. Through the years I have hired Matthew to defend me in traffic as well as criminal cases. I hired Mr. Matthew C Downs in 2016, this was my experience: -Arrived a minimum of 2-3 hours late for every court date. -He would overbook several clients on the same date/hours -Never prepared for the case due to overbooking -He told me everything I wanted to hear in the beginning so I would hi...re him. -I paid him in full up front, a big mistake on my part. I'm very disappointed I put my life in his hands without knowing how little attention he would give to my case.

I was rushing to work and pulled over for a traffic violation. The officer said he got a hint of the mall of cannabis and proceeded to search my vehicle. Upon searching my vehicle, the officer found a few things as well as a box of 9mm ammo and I have no foid card. I was charged with possession of am...munition without a foid.
