I hired Mr. Matthew C Downs in 2016, this was my experience: -Arrived a minimum of 2-3 hours late for every court date. -He would overbook several clients on the same date/hours -Never prepared for the case due to overbooking -He told me everything I wanted to hear in the beginning so I would hi...re him. -I paid him in full up front, a big mistake on my part. I was rushing to work and pulled over for a traffic violation. The officer said he got a hint of the mall of cannabis and proceeded to search my vehicle.
