Nicholas M. Carrescia

I am writing this over a year later, as I am still ever so grateful for the service provided to me by Mr. Carrescia in resolving my no insurance case, allowing me to maintain a clean record AND especially with long lines at the DMV allowed me to receive my new driver's license in the mail, as a rewar...d for safe driving. When I received my no insurance citation, it could't have come at a possible worse time, I took the risk, and it didn't pay off. I called so many lawyers, and all were either too expensive, didn't cover the area where I received the citation, very stuck up, OR the worst: all the above. However, in the entire process, I signed up to legal shield. I had given up, and I had just been prepared to live with the consequences, then I received a call back from them, who ultimately connected me to Mr. Carrescia. His price, plus the discount, proved almost too good to be true, it was a miracle, especially in such tumultuous times. So with Mr. Carrescia we were able to have the court date pushed back 2 months to allow me to serve a better chance, as well as with him being able to show up in court on my behalf. Then over that period of time things in my personal life went from bad to worse, before I could insure my car got impounded, for the same reason, but thankfully I wasn't cited or ticketed again. So from there it progressed to now proving that the car was in the impound lot and no longer in my possession, but for additional reasons, that proved difficult to receive in writing from the impound lot, but however if one were to call they could affirm that the car was indeed there, which was now the crisis we were dealing with in the case, so just when I was prepared to call it quits, the next call I received, he tells me he cleared the case through expertise technique, and just like that my nightmare with the law was over, it was my first ever infraction, and I am ever so glad it was able to resolved as if it never happened.

Nicholas Carrescia handled my case when I received two tickets for speeding way too fast and improper lane usage. I didn't know speeding too fast was as bad as a DUI yet he explained the law clearly to me and then went to work for me. It was a long shot yet Nicholas was able to get the charges reduce...d to a moving violation and avoid having such a grievous offense on my record. Thank you for all the help Nicholas. Mr. Carrescia had no experience with expunging a cannabis cultivation felony. Yet he took the task with a can do attitude. I felt it was an exercise in futility at best, but still worth a try. Nick filed a motion after finding no help from a State's Attorney or NORML. I was unsure what would happen. ...The Illinois cannabis laws are unclear on many points. Then we waited. Seemed in a very short period of time there was a result. The Judge granted my expungement without hesitation. When Nick called me with the good news I was in shock. This cannabis felony followed me around for 32 years. To have it removed changed my life. Mr. Carrescia's can do attitude, experience, and skill served me well.
