I would not recommend this lawyer for mediation. We spent a good portion of 2 hours listening to him talk about previous mediation cases that did not apply to us. Our case file sat on his desk still in it's sealed envelope. Our case had unique visitation and medical factors that were not discussed. ...He waited until the last 20 minutes to speak with us individually on our positions then cut us off and complained he was always the last person to leave the office. He made no attempt to help us work out our differences. He gave us the impression that he was there to collect our money and was not concerned with our outcome because he was a court ordered mediator so we had no choice to go to him and he could not be fired. This seemed to create an environment of complacency on his part as there was no standard or expectation of performance.
