Then request full balance immediately and if you don't have the 20k for them saying continue you are back in court in under 30 days. I signed the agreement and for t...he next 8 months she went to court and said continued. When agreement was finalized nothing had changed in 8 months other than be charged.

I hired Chantel Host to handle my complicated divorce, Chantel handed it down to Jamie, without my permission and I ended up having to get a more competent attorney that understood small family business and divorce.
