I sought Andrews guidance with the initial goal of gaining custody of my 3 year old child. When we first met I could tell right away he not only was knowledgeable but he had a funny personality which made me feel more comfortable talking to him about what for most people a personal subject. Regardle...ss of your reason for needing a lawyer its nice to have someone who you can easily explain things to. The first time I sat down with Andrew was for a free consultation. He was very straight forward. Based on what I was seeking he told me what to expect and a few different way that it can go. His pricing was laid out very plainly, nothing confusing to follow, and it was pretty fair i'd say. He was not one to nickle and dime you for every cent you own which is always a plus. Once I decided to hire Andrew to represent me I knew I made a good choice. He kept meeting as brief as possible for the sake of time and money but was able to accomplish the task as hand without feeling rushed. I was always in the loop about what was going on with my case. He emailed frequently and asked if I wanted this or that. Long story short I couldn't have navigated the court system without him. I ended up getting the outcome in court that I wanted which is obviously a big plus but even if I wouldn't have gotten what I wanted in court it would not have been his fault. As everyone seeking a lawyer should know, there are no guaranteed "wins" in the court system and any lawyer, including Andrew, cant promise a win. BUT with Andrew you can be assured that he is listening to you and want you want, he is giving you the best options for you, and he can do it without you feeling like you have to give him an arm and a leg.

I felt very well taken care of and protected. It seemed as though he had anticipated my questions and concerns and provided very sound advice that allowed me to make informed decisions. He kept me very informed, as to what was going on with my case as often as needed. Divorce is not going to be pre...tty, but I feel Mr.Boyer protected me very well and ensured I had joint custody of my children, and protected my assets.

I had some let's say issues, with very a very dishonest person that I was dealing with involving an estate distribution of which I was a benefactor. I chose Andy to represent my best interests in making sure this vile person was being fair and honest. Andy very patiently listened to all of my complai...nts and answered all of my legal questions and at times even helped to calm me down a notch or two. In the end, Andy did fulfill his agreement with me, helping me to finally get what was rightfully mine and I believe kept this person on her toes just knowing that I had an attorney of my own watching from a legal standpoint. Andy did a great job for me, ALWAYS keeping me in the loop, letting me know what was going on. I never had to chase him down, he was always available to speak with me either in person or on the telephone or via email. I went to his office looking for an attorney and when all was said and done, I left there gaining a new friend. I highly recommend his legal services.
