Couldn’t tell you how great of a lawyer he is because I called 3x and never received a call back. I was told he was very busy but would get back to me. 2 months later, still no call back. I’d be willing to change the rating if he called back and actually gave me the time of day. I was referred as wel...l, so it’s incredibly disappointing.

My ex-wife file for divorce and once I got David involved, the opposing attorney and ex's demeanor drastically changed. After David gained insight on my situation, how I earn income (I'm self-employed) and what my ex was asking me for, David was my voice and advocate to make sure I was not taken adv...antage of. My ex's requests (demands) were based on emotion and she wasn't budging until David came along. David worked through the legal system and made sure the settlement was based on facts and not emotion. When I wanted to give in, he asked me "for what? There is no legal basis for what they're asking for (paraphrased)". There's an awful lot of waiting as the due process takes place but it's for a reason. This gave my legal team some time to formulate a plan, and used time to our advantage. David and his paralegal Joni are top notch, very knowledgeable about the law and how to apply it to get my case settled. There were many phone calls and emails to me from their office outside of normal business hours, which I appreciated, so their dedication to their clients were beyond evident. David worked hard on my case and I can finally move forward in my new chapter of life. If you're interviewing attorneys deciding who to select, have at least a conversation with David, and you will immediately know that he absolutely has your best interest in mind. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for what he and his team have done for me, my future and for my dependent son. Thank you David! I'd give him 10 stars if I could.

Usually I’m not the person to leave reviews but I couldn’t help it for Mr. Man because I’m so much impressed by his knowledgeability and appreciative to his dedication. I had filed for divorce and my case was considered one of the hardest cases that could ever be. My battle was with an evil abuser ...person that left me in the middle of darkness until I heard about Mr. Man He gave me confidence and hope since our first meeting. He believed in my case, was on top of everything, and he spared no effort to let me win it. I was always relieved by his instant updates about everything related to my case. He also was fast responsive to all my questions even outside of our meetings, He was always positive and lifted my spirits up. My case could take much longer time without him but thanks to his professionalism I got it finalized successfully in about 3 months only. Actually, what I got was beyond my expectations. Mr. Man is the best divorce lawyer and I do recommend him from all my heart to everyone who’s going through divorce and looking for a lawyer.

I have a lot of money . Why ? I worked hard and was smart .David brought my anger under control and was concerned for my children , even when I wasn't . I wasn't thinking clearly and I thank GOD I had representation that was thinking about my family rather then the bottom line. I hired David S. Mann ...I spoke with David every day . In retrospect I should of hired a therapist but he let me know when my my emotions were in charge and reminded me it's about my children , regardless of how evil or vindictive I wanted to be . In closing I am divorced , I still have my millions , and I see my children every day . I publicly want to thank David S. Mann for taking the high road and moving forward toward the greater good . I have been working with David for over 6 years and could not be happier. I worked with 3 other attorneys prior to David and felt like an estranged client with them. David takes a personal approach that feel like a true partnership. David knows that he is dealing with real lives on each case and that... it is his duty to protect his client and seek fairness. David also works all hours, weekends, nights and constantly thinks about his cases. I have received calls, emails and texts on weekends and many nights because he has been thinking about different ways to solve differences and bring the case to a conclusion with a positive outcome. Face it, who knows more about your case. You or your attorney? You do. Without partnering you are dropping off documents and leaving the interpretation and background to an uninvolved stranger. David knows that his client knows the facts, background and potentially many good ideas to help with strategies and approaches to get out of court and staying out of court. I have spent many hours reviewing documents and providing additional documents and suggestions so David can consume it and apply the legal approach. David also knows that the client knows the facts but not the legal. David knows the kegal and needs insights on the facts. The combination is powerful and helps the client feel safe. Speaking of the legal, David know that side better than any other attorney that I have worked with. In court, he is amazing. My only regret is that I had to go through 3 other attorneys before I found David. Other attorneys that were named “best attorney by their peers”. They can’t homd a candle to David. Save your time, money, heartache and get the best possible outcome. Work with David.
