For anyone who has had the displeasure to be involved in a legal dispute in this country, you will immediately recognize how rare it is to find an attorney that fits this description. David is both a skilled negotiator and a skilled litigator. It is equally rare to find an attorney that can wear both hats as David does masterfully. Finally, David is fair with billing. He is NOT just another large firm attorney that continuously kicks the can down the road to pad his bill. David was very expeditious in managing my case and did his very best to keep my costs DOWN. David is a straight shooter. He tells you the right way to proceed with the case, how to do it legitimately, and honestly. He is very sincere and spends extra time explaining things in case you get confused. Very patient with all of my questions, which I really appreciated. What I liked was that he a...ctually picks up when you call. It doesn't go to some secretary who asks a bunch of random questions and then tells you the lawyer will call you back.
