I needed help with a closing process of a property and founded this place. Everything was going smoothly at first, but then a couple days before the closing date they told me that they haven't receive the disclosure and paid assessment yet. They told me to contact the association for those documentat...ions (isn’t that something I paid them to do?). It’s something that they submitted a request for a month before, and that I cannot close without it. 22.1 Disclosure and paid assessment are “important” documents yet ONE WHOLE MONTH, none of them followed up and/or checked on it. Well, I followed up and found out that they send the request to the WRONG community property management company. I then have to face a situation of paying $100 to expedite it or wait a whole month to close. At this point, I was a recent graduate. I don’t have tons of money to throw around, so I have to wait a whole month to close out the purchase. So if you want to save time and money, I recommend not going to this place.
