THE BIGGEST MISTAKE

Not a competent lawyer
I used her for a child custody case. To start off with, she gave me To incorrect information which was relevant to the case. Things started to get complicated and she handled the case poorly. Simple Cases OK, Responsive on her terms, complex cases forget it!
I was told that a petition to obtain child support was a "simple thing". However, what Terry failed to do was to read the paperwork for the Marital Settlement that stated that I was to pay unallocated support to my employed ex-wife, even though I had custody of our children.
