Terry Fawell

I retained Terry for some modifications on my Divorce and parenting agreements. After having dealt with other attorneys who gave me little to no results, I was pleasantly surprised when meeting with Terry. She was respectful and compassionate all while providing the results that I hoped for. From my... 1st court date, I received the representation that my children and I deserved. I was referred by a employee assistance program.We went into a custody battle with a person who was for the most part completely disagreeable. I thought Terry had my side and I was actually going to get somewhere and what I ended up with was a custody agreement with so many loopholes to swing through..., it was ridiculous. There had never been a more one sided contract than I have ever seen! We have recently found out there was some abuse done to my child and somehow he still has to go back to the home of the alleged abuser, because a letter from a therapist was never presented to the judge during an emergency petitioning hearing. Terry has now blown me off and said that I have acquire a new lawyer in my home state to make modifications to a current custody agreement. I don't know how this woman sleeps at night. DO NOT HIRE!
