Nichol Broshous

Nichol fought hard in our custody case. Her ability to remain calm and rational, and to think on her feet is impressive. Her sense of awareness of cost, and especially her dedication to keeping costs down are also a huge positive. I find her honest and of high integrity, and very effective in dealing... with opposing council. She also was prompt and thorough in correspondence and responses.

Nichol was awesome. I had acquired with many lawyers about my husband adopting my daughter. Her biological father was deported and never part of her life for 11 years, my husband raised her 9 of those years and wanted to adopt her legally. All other attorney's declined to take my case, stating it was... impossible since the biological father was not here. But Nichol took on my case and successfully completed it. My husband is now my daughter's legal father.

Nichol was the calmest person in the courtroom; she was very natural and at ease. Nichol can think on her feet and communicate effectively while under pressure. Our opposing attorney was a bully and very dramatic, but Nichol never flinched. She is very compassionate, too, and I hope she never loses t...hat.
