Biography
Attorney Maurice Holman was raised in Lockport, Illinois. He received a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign, College of Law. He is an attorney with an active practice in litigation proceedings before Illinois state and US District Courts, as well as in administrative proceedings before state and federal government agencies. Mr. Holman also assists clients in a wide variety of business and real estate matters. He has experience in a variety of small business industries, including property management, manufacturing, restaurants, and construction. In addition he has experience through trial in a number of civil and criminal litigation matters, including contracts, negligence, divorce, and collection issues. Prior to forming McDonough Casey Nelson Holman & Sullivan, he founded Holman Counsel P.C. Prior to that, Mr. Holman worked as an attorney in private practice for a DuPage County law firm.

Great, quick and easy
I hired Mr. Holman for a divorce 4 years ago ...every question I had was always answered , everything was done in a timely manner, fees where discussed from the beginning and I didn’t have any surprises later.

Terrible service. Took the money and left us our to dry!!!!
This lawyer disappeared on us. Took our money, our paperwork, and hasn't contact us. Multiple attempts have been made to get our case resolved or our papers back. No response whatsoever....terrible service.

Fiery In Your Face Attorney who is dedicated, knowledgeable and supportive.
I reached out to Maurice when I was in dire need of a lawyer. After reviewing multiple agencies I found Mr. Holman. He is an in your face lawyer that is not afraid to fight for you. He is a very professional and knowledgeable attorney but I have never met an attorney that is as dedicated to his work....
