Maurice Burnell Holman

Attorney Maurice Holman was raised in Lockport, Illinois. He received a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign, College of Law. He is an attorney with an active practice in litigation proceedings before Illinois state and US District Courts, as well as in administrative proceedings before state and federal government agencies. Mr. Holman also assists clients in a wide variety of business and real estate matters. He has experience in a variety of small business industries, including property management, manufacturing, restaurants, and construction. In addition he has experience through trial in a number of civil and criminal litigation matters, including contracts, negligence, divorce, and collection issues. Prior to forming McDonough Casey Nelson Holman & Sullivan, he founded Holman Counsel P.C. Prior to that, Mr. Holman worked as an attorney in private practice for a DuPage County law firm.
