Hands down the best attorney in State! He helped me with a felony case not to long ago and he got it reduced with minimal casualties but bottom line he is very knowledgeable with what he is doing. Recently, I went to court over a dui charge and last week was actually the final set date. And it was set for trial on four counts (two of which were petty offensive , one the dui ,and the other a reckless driving). I was a nervous wreck over what had occurred over the last week and I was just hoping... I would at least walk away with my head held high. Long story short, I walked in and walked out 4 hours later not guilty on any counts. Basically a smack on the wrist. Little did I know, Mr. Fioti did his homework and there was not a single ounce of fight he let up. He enforced all the of huge details and exposed all of the flaws throughout the trial. Out standing work to say the least. This man to be completely honest has saved my bad decisions and has changed my mind set on my attitudes and outlook on life. Always kept me informed of anything new and things we needed to do about the case. Amazing lawyer! Highly recommend Mr. Fioti for any Dui or criminal cases. He will not dissapoint.
