If I remember correctly I found John Fioti on the internet after I was charged with a dui. I had my consultation and knew he was the one for me. To begin, John was recommended from a friend and I knew why from the initial consultation. I was currently being charged with DUI and if convicted would have been a second offense. From the get go, John's expertise in DUI cases was apparent. As the case came together, he worked with me to ensure all of my questions were answered. Court began and John was there on time for every court date with a smile and a handshake. He spoke fluently about the law to the prosecutor and judge as we determined what my best course of action would be. He assured me that no matter the outcome of these cases, he would do his best to ensure I am treated as a client to the best of his abilities. We worked together, examined the evidence, and made a strong case. John then offered me full control of the next steps; go to trial or try to plead for a lower offense and avoid trial.
