To begin, John was recommended from a friend and I knew why from the initial consultation. I was currently being charged with DUI and if convicted would have been a second offense. From the get go, John's expertise in DUI cases was apparent. His full breakdown of the two different sides to these t...ypes of criminal proceedings really helped illuminate exactly what I would be in for over the coming months. As the case came together, he worked with me to ensure all of my questions were answered. Court began and John was there on time for every court date with a smile and a handshake. He spoke fluently about the law to the prosecutor and judge as we determined what my best course of action would be. He assured me that no matter the outcome of these cases, he would do his best to ensure I am treated as a client to the best of his abilities. We worked together, examined the evidence, and made a strong case. John then offered me full control of the next steps; go to trial or try to plead for a lower offense and avoid trial. I opted for the latter, and we worked out a strong deal that I felt very good about. John explained every detail of my case to me along the way. The amount of skill he brings to the table really lets you know that you are in good hands. I would recommend him 10/10 times to any friends or family who would unfortunately ever need his services. Logistically he offers a lot as well as his office is within about a mile of the DuPage Courthouse. I was in some trouble with a trespassing arrest due to over consumption of alcohol. I met with John and he went over my options. He was real, caring and took control of the whole situation. He did all of this for a very fair price, and ultimately resolved the whole case after one brief meet and a few phone calls.
