Biography
Jason a partner at Ramsell & Kunowski, LLC, a criminal defense firm in Wheaton, Illinois with decades of experience. Jason is an experienced, knowledgeable and determined attorney. He has handled thousands of criminal cases, resulting in favorable outcomes, such as saving driver's license privileges, not guilty verdicts and outright dismissal of charges.
Jason has over 15 years in courtroom experience and in practicing law. He has handled countless DUI cases from beginning to end, including: contested hearings, bench trials, jury trials, and appeals.
Jason is one of the few attorneys in Illinois who underwent the same training that police officers receive in the administration of standardized field sobriety testing. By understanding exactly what the police officers are supposed to do, Jason can provide a unique perspective in the analysis and advocacy in his client's cases.
Jason is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Illinois as well as in the United States Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. While in law school, Jason was an Illinois Supreme Court Rule 711 Intern with the DuPage County State's Attorney's Office.
Jason's interests include spending time with his wife and their dogs, the Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears, the English Premier League and stand up comedy.
